Now Hiring: Nurse Practitioner – Washington

Location: Mountlake Terrace, Washington

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + benefits

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Flexible Scheduling Available)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated NP to join our dynamic healthcare team in Washington. Position Summary:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and education. Working alongside a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, you'll play a key role in enhancing patient wellness and managing chronic and acute conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
  • Prescribe medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
  • Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to coordinate care

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State
  • National certification as an NP (AANP or ANCC)
  • DEA license and prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
  • Excellent communication, clinical, and decision-making skills
  • Prior experience in [primary care/family medicine/urgent care] preferred
