Location: Troutdale, Oregon

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday: 9 AM-5 PM

Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + benefits

Position Overview:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll assess, diagnose, and manage patient health concerns while building strong, trusting relationships with individuals and families. You’ll work in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive, evidence-based care.

Job Duties:

• Perform physical exams and health assessments
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon
• Board certification (FNP, AGNP, ANP, or specialty equivalent)
• DEA license and prescriptive authority (or eligibility)
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in [Primary Care, Urgent Care, etc.] preferred but not required
