Location: Des Plaines, Illinois

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our dedicated healthcare team in Illinois. As an NP, you will provide advanced care to patients, support ongoing treatment plans, and collaborate closely with physicians and other medical professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide patient education on disease prevention, wellness, and management
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective care delivery

Requirements:

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Illinois
  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
  • Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
