Full-time/Part-time/Per Diem Nurse Practitioners

We are seeking Pain Management Nurse Practitioners to join our team of providers.

NO WEEKENDS, NO HOLIDAYS, NO CALL.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: Critical Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, Inpatient, Mytosis, Outpatient, Pediatric, Telemedicine, or Worked in a hospital setting.

SCHEDULE:

  • Shift(s) available: day shift, night shift, and mid-shift
  • Full-time, part-time, per diem positions available

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing
  • Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state
  • Geriatrics

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform history and physical examination
  • Order appropriate diagnostic testing
  • Provide medication (narcotic and non-narcotic) management based on the established practice guidelines
  • Interpret diagnostic test results
  • Assess patients to determine their appropriateness for interventional pain treatment such as epidural steroid injections, trigger point injections, occipital nerve blocks, TENS unit use, spinal cord stimulator placement, disc fx, and radio-frequency ablation
  • Perform trigger point injections, botox/ Dysport injections, removal of temporary SCS leads, and greater occipital nerve blocks
