Salary: $150,000 to $160,000 yearly

PAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTICE AT MIDDLETOWN MEDICAL:
Middletown Medical has well established Pain Management practice with both doctors and NPs, PAs. The opportunity can provide you to grow as Pain Management provider. Middletown Medical’s Pain Management & Rehabilitation Department offers a wide range of treatments, providing the best possible pain management to improve patients' physical, psychological, and social functioning. Our talented physicians and staff include those trained in physical medicine and rehabilitation, pain medicine, interventional pain management, and sports medicine. We provide a full range of on-site diagnostic testing tools, as well as counselors and support staff with unique insight in this field. Our goal is to partner with our patients when they are managing a difficult time and help them return to an active and productive lifestyle.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION

• Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
• Certified as Physcian Assistant (Required)
• Licensed to practice in NY

EXPERIENCE

• 2 years work experience and trained as a Pain Management Nurse Practitioner.
