Full-time/Part-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioners Needed at Kid Serenity Medical Center in Sammamish, WA.

We are offering an excellent job opportunity for a part-time or full-time Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Kid Serenity Medical Center.

Our office specializes in offering comprehensive care to children from birth through young adulthood. With in-depth knowledge and experience in pediatric primary health care, we focus on well-child care, prevention, and management of common pediatric acute illnesses and chronic conditions.

We are looking to fill the position as soon as possible, and we can be flexible with the start date. We offer competitive salaries and benefits, along with productivity bonuses. Schedule:

Monday-Friday

9 am-5 pm

Responsibilities:

• Provides medical and nursing care to pediatric patients with acute or chronic illnesses, with a patient/family centered care focus.
• Performs complete or focused physical examinations.
• Orders, performs, and/or interprets diagnostic or screening tests in order to develop treatment plans.
• Refers clients to other health care professionals and agencies as appropriate for specialized services, including but not limited to: other medical subspecialists, physical and occupational therapy, nutritional counseling and management, special education, growth and development/behavioral counseling.
• Develops or approves in-school management plans for patients as appropriate.
• Makes dietary, activity/exercise, counseling, education and health promotion recommendations within the APRN scope of practice.
• Initiates any other measure/procedure for which the APRN has been trained depending on patient condition and judgment of the physician and the APRN.

Requirements:

• Must have certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• Must have current APRN license
• Previous pediatric experience required
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Have an advanced degree in nursing (MSN or DNP), RN and NP licensure

$126,000 - $150,000 per year
