Pediatric Nurse Practitioner – Family-Focused Primary Care

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time

Overview:
We’re hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care to children from infancy through adolescence. This role is centered on delivering preventive care, managing common pediatric conditions, and guiding families through each stage of development.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct well-child exams, sick visits, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Counsel families on immunizations, nutrition, and health milestones
• Maintain patient records in the EMR and communicate care plans clearly
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP)
• Active California NP license
• Experience in pediatric primary care preferred
• Clear communicator with strong clinical judgment
