Pediatric NP

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time

Overview:
We’re seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-quality care in a clinic that emphasizes prevention and early intervention. This role is ideal for an advanced practice provider who values developmental health, continuity of care, and collaboration.

Core Duties:

• Manage routine checkups, immunizations, and acute visits
• Educate families on age-specific concerns and behavioral health
• Identify growth and developmental issues early and initiate care
• Use EMR for accurate charting and care coordination
• Collaborate with pediatricians, care coordinators, and support staff

Requirements:

• PNP board certification
• Active California license
• Familiarity with outpatient pediatric workflows
• Organized, thoughtful, and responsive in patient care
