Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time

Position Summary:
We’re hiring a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to manage the full spectrum of pediatric care in a collaborative setting. From newborn wellness visits to adolescent health, this role offers the opportunity to build long-term patient relationships.

Duties Include:

• Provide age-appropriate medical evaluations and treatments
• Support preventive health strategies across developmental stages
• Document patient care using EMR systems
• Communicate effectively with families and clinical teams
• Coordinate follow-up care and track patient progress

Qualifications:

• Active California NP license with PNP certification
• Pediatric clinical experience (outpatient preferred)
• Strong focus on developmental milestones and family education
• Team-first attitude and excellent clinical reasoning
