Pediatric Nurse Practitioner

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
Schedule: Full-time

Overview:
We’re seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to provide outpatient care with a focus on physical, emotional, and developmental health. You'll be part of a collaborative care team committed to early detection, family involvement, and wellness education.

Responsibilities:

• Perform well visits, diagnose and treat pediatric conditions
• Provide anticipatory guidance to caregivers
• Monitor developmental and behavioral health
• Maintain clear documentation using the clinic’s EMR system
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up when appropriate

Requirements:

• Certified PNP with California licensure
• Pediatric experience in an ambulatory setting
• Confident in patient education and pediatric assessments
• Collaborative and responsive in care delivery
