Job Schedule:
- Flexible schedule, including daytime, evening, and weekend shifts

Salary:
$200,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

You will work in a supportive and collaborative environment within our modern mental health clinic. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, therapists, social workers, and support staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and shared expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments to diagnose mental health disorders.
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs of each patient, using evidence-based practices.
- Prescribing and managing appropriate psychotropic medications, monitoring effectiveness, and adjusting dosages as needed.
- Providing psychotherapy and counseling services, utilizing various therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT).
- Collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
- Educating patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Monitoring and documenting patient progress, including response to medication, therapy outcomes, and changes in symptoms.
- Conducting regular follow-up appointments to assess treatment effectiveness, address concerns, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions to enhance professional development and improve patient care.
- Adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date electronic health records (EHR) and documentation of all patient interactions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state.
- Board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven clinical experience in psychiatric and mental health settings.
- Strong knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
- Proficiency in prescribing and managing psychotropic medications.
- Experience in providing psychotherapy and counseling services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
