- Perform comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate medications and therapies.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management, medication adherence, and post-discharge care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in healthcare practices and regulations.
- Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Active state nursing license.
- Master's degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
