We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in our clinic setting. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of occupational health and be committed to helping patients achieve their goals.
Work Schedule:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support in our clinic setting. Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
- $120,000 to $130,000 a year with full benefits
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in inpatient settings.
- Conduct assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Utilize medical imaging and medical terminology to inform treatment decisions.
- Monitor patients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of California
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
- Familiarity with speech therapy techniques and practices.
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Proficiency with medical imaging and medical terminology.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and supporting patients' recovery.
