Occupational Therapist – Improve Lives with Hands-On Therapy
An Assisted Living Facility in Salem, Oregon, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to help residents regain mobility, independence, and confidence in their daily routines. This role is all about hands-on therapy, personalized treatment plans, and measurable progress. You’ll work in a well-supported environment where your expertise will directly impact patient outcomes.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess residents and create individualized therapy plans based on their needs.
- Implement hands-on treatment to improve mobility, coordination, and functional skills.
- Document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to maximize outcomes.
- Ensure therapy practices comply with industry standards and healthcare regulations.
What You Need to Qualify:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Active Oregon OT license.
- At least two years of clinical experience, preferably in an assisted living or rehab setting.
- Proficiency in EMR systems and knowledge of therapy compliance requirements.
