Occupational Therapist – Lead Therapy Sessions, Drive Patient Progress

An Assisted Living Facility in Grants Pass, Oregon, is looking for an Occupational Therapist to provide direct therapy services that help residents stay mobile, independent, and engaged in their daily activities. This role involves evaluating patient needs, creating structured therapy plans, and applying treatment techniques that drive measurable progress. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and develop treatment strategies tailored to each resident.
• Provide hands-on therapy to improve movement, strength, and functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and therapy best practices.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT license.
• At least two years of experience in a clinical or assisted living setting.
• Strong knowledge of EMR systems and therapy compliance guidelines.
