Occupational Therapist – Empower Recovery in Assisted Living

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed in an Assisted Living Facility in Portland, Oregon. You’ll be part of a supportive care team focused on helping individuals maintain and regain independence.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Caseload: 7 patients daily / 35 weekly
• Annual Pay: $90,000 to $100,000

Your Role:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and establish personalized therapy plans
• Deliver targeted treatments that align with each resident’s goals
• Monitor outcomes and adjust interventions when needed
• Adhere to healthcare regulations and documentation standards

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed to practice in Oregon
• Two or more years of experience working with adult or geriatric patients
• Strong documentation and EMR proficiency
• Solid understanding of occupational therapy techniques and protocols
