Occupational Therapist – Full-Time Role in Assisted Living

We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist to join an Assisted Living Facility in Beaverton, Oregon. In this role, you’ll help residents improve their mobility and independence through customized therapy programs. If you enjoy making a meaningful impact, this opportunity is for you.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 per year

Key Duties:

• Assess residents' needs and create personalized therapy plans.
• Provide one-on-one treatment sessions to support mobility and daily activities.
• Monitor progress, adjust care plans, and keep accurate documentation.
• Follow healthcare standards to ensure safe and effective therapy.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Oregon OT license.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of therapy techniques, EMR systems, and industry regulations.
