Position Overview:
Seeking an Occupational Therapist to craft individualized therapy plans that enable patients to achieve meaningful progress. Work closely with families and a supportive interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care for each resident.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Volume: 7 patients per day (35 visits per week)
Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of residents’ physical, mental, and emotional capabilities.
• Develop customized treatment strategies based on patient assessments and goals.
• Implement therapeutic activities including ADL training, strengthening exercises, and cognitive interventions.
• Monitor patient development and update care plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards while adopting the latest therapeutic techniques.
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a skilled nursing environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapy practices and regulatory guidelines.
• Proficiency with electronic documentation systems.
