Position Overview:
Hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver focused and meaningful therapy services. Work alongside residents, their families, and a skilled care team to ensure patients reach their highest potential.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Volume: 7 patients daily (35 weekly visits)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess physical, mental, and emotional capabilities using standardized evaluation methods.
• Design and implement treatment interventions tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Offer therapeutic support through mobility training, cognitive exercises, and adaptive techniques.
• Review patient progress regularly and adjust plans for optimal outcomes.
• Stay informed about new therapeutic practices and maintain compliance standards.

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Occupational Therapist license in Oregon
• Two or more years of clinical experience, preferably in skilled nursing
• Solid understanding of occupational therapy practices and healthcare compliance
• Competency with EMR and digital documentation
