Skilled Occupational Therapist – Assisted Living Role
Join a committed care team in Bend, Oregon delivering therapy that truly supports residents' well-being and autonomy. We’re looking for an Occupational Therapist who thrives in structured, patient-centered settings.
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Caseload: 35 visits per week
Pay Range: $90K–$100K per year

Daily Duties:
• Perform client evaluations and tailor individualized care plans
• Deliver treatment sessions aligned with resident goals
• Update progress notes and collaborate with healthcare staff
• Keep records accurate and meet state and facility compliance standards

Qualifications:
• OT license (Oregon)
• Master’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Prior SNF or senior-care experience preferred (2 years minimum)
• Familiarity with EMR systems
