Full Time Occupational Therapist Wanted for Inpatient Clinic

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our team at a skilled nursing facility. As the Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating residents with physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments to help them achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life. Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary:

  • $275,000 to $320,000 a year with full benefits

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate residents' physical, cognitive, and psychosocial abilities and functional limitations using standardized assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, resident goals, and physician orders
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercise, activities of daily living training, cognitive retraining, and environmental modifications
  • Monitor and document resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain current knowledge of occupational therapy practice and relevant regulations

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the CO state.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
  • Knowledge of current occupational therapy practice standards and regulations
  • Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software
