Salary:

$120,000 to $130,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and establish personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic strategies to improve physical, cognitive, and social capabilities.
  • Partner with families and caregivers to set and achieve rehabilitation goals.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
