Salary:
$120,000 to $130,000 per year
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed patient assessments to identify functional limitations.
- Create and implement tailored treatment plans to achieve patient goals.
- Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation techniques.
- Document progress and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Experience working with diverse populations and across age groups preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practice and current trends in occupational therapy.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
