Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Oregon

An opportunity to make a direct impact in an Assisted Living Facility in Astoria, Oregon. This role focuses on helping residents regain independence and confidence through personalized therapy plans.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 patient visits per week

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities to develop tailored therapy strategies.
• Design and implement treatment plans that align with personal goals and medical recommendations.
• Monitor progress, adjust techniques as needed, and celebrate achievements.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 a year.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Occupational Therapist license in Oregon.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Strong understanding of current occupational therapy practices and regulations.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
