Full-Time Occupational Therapist in Salem, Oregon

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in an Assisted Living Facility in Oregon. In this role, you’ll have the rewarding opportunity to help residents regain their independence and enhance their daily lives through personalized therapy programs. Your expertise will empower individuals to reach their full potential and build confidence as they work toward greater autonomy.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Volume: 7 patients per day / 35 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess residents’ physical, cognitive, and emotional needs to create tailored therapy strategies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans in line with each resident's goals and healthcare needs.
• Track progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and celebrate the achievements of those you work with.
• Stay current with best practices and ensure all work complies with industry regulations.

Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare environment, preferably in skilled nursing settings.
• Strong knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and healthcare standards.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and healthcare software.
