We have an open position for an Occupational Therapist! If you are a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) and have a background in providing care in an outpatient practice, join our team now. You will be responsible for providing patients with treatment to help them develop and improve their ability to complete everyday tasks related to their job and daily life.

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $90,000 – $100,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Job Duties:

• Evaluate & Assess Patients – Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs
• Develop Personalized Treatment Plans – Design and implement goal-oriented, evidence-based therapy programs to improve strength, coordination, mobility, and daily living skills
• Implement Effective Interventions – Utilize adaptive techniques, assistive devices, and therapeutic exercises to restore independence in daily activities
• Educate & Train – Provide training and guidance to patients, caregivers, and staff on strategies for daily function, safety, and rehabilitation exercises
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams – Work closely with physical therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and physicians to create the best possible outcomes for residents
• Maintain Accurate Documentation – Ensure all patient records, treatment plans, and progress reports comply with state and federal regulation

Requirements:

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Virginia
• Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (MPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution
• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient Practice (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans
• Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
