Full-Time Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Clinic (Osage Beach, Missouri)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient clinic. In this full-time role, you will provide personalized rehabilitation services to help patients recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and regain functional independence. You will work collaboratively with physicians, physical therapists, and healthcare professionals to deliver patient care that promotes long-term wellness.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $110,000 - $125,000 per year + benefits (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting daily living skills, mobility, and occupational performance.
  • Use therapeutic techniques, including adaptive equipment, fine motor exercises, and functional training.
  • Assist patients in enhancing strength, coordination, and dexterity for improved daily function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and case managers to ensure integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active Missouri Occupational Therapist license.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical settings preferred.
  • Proficiency in rehabilitation techniques, ADL (Activities of Daily Living) training, and mobility therapy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
