Location: Steamboat Springs, Colorado
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

The Occupational Therapist (OT) is responsible for providing occupational therapy services to participants of Innovative Integrated Health (IIH). Travel may be necessary to support all Innovative Integrated Health (IIH) sites.

Who are we looking for?

  • Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

  • Current Occupational Therapist license in the State of Colorado

  • NBCOT certification preferred.

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

  • Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

  • Knowledge of assistive technology and adaptive equipment is a plus.

What you will do:

  • Assess patients' abilities and challenges related to fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and daily school activities.

  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans to support student growth and success in the school setting.

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.

  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed to ensure effective support.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and reports in compliance with school policies and legal requirements.

  • Educate school staff and families on strategies to enhance student participation and independence.

  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to goal-setting for students requiring occupational therapy services.
