Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $80,000 to $95,000 + benefits

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate residents’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving daily activities, fine motor skills, and overall independence.

Utilize adaptive techniques, therapeutic exercises, and assistive devices to promote safe and effective mobility.

Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques for injury prevention and functional mobility.

Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, and healthcare staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.

Maintain accurate documentation of treatment plans, progress reports, and outcomes in compliance with facility standards.
Minimum Requirements:

Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Current Oregon OT license in good standing.

Experience in assisted living, skilled nursing, or geriatric care preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.

Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
