Job Opportunity: Occupational Therapist
Location: Yelm, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?

Masters Degree in occupational therapy from an accredited university.

Current Washington State license to practice as an occupational therapist.

Ability to work in a team environment and support individuals with intellectual disabilities, assist with new skill acquisition, maintain skills, and focus on client choice and quality of life

Ability to set measurable short- and long-term therapy treatment goals for individuals

Minimum of 2 years of professional therapy experience

What you will do:

Develop and implement groups, and family education from established goals.

Complete timely documentation of progress notes, initial evaluations and discharge summaries, home assessments, home programs, and consultation notes as indicated.

Monitor individual progress and maintain accurate records of treatment through data collection and treatment reports as assigned.

Serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team for assigned individuals. Participate in individual goal development, coordination of services, discharge planning, and family education as needed.
