Occupational Therapist – Assisted Living Facility in Evans, Colorado
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide evidence-based therapy in an assisted living facility. This role focuses on improving functional mobility, strength, coordination, and independence for geriatric patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Assess upper extremity function, fine motor skills, range of motion, strength, and dexterity
- Create customized rehabilitation programs tailored to patient goals
- Implement pain management techniques, including desensitization and graded motor imagery
- Educate patients on joint protection, energy conservation, and adaptive strategies
- Maintain detailed patient progress notes in Electronic Health Records (EHR)
- Participate in case review meetings to optimize treatment strategies
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited program
- Possess OT License through the Board of Occupational Therapy
- Proficiency in treating orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions is often required
- Experience in a Rehabilitation or Sports Medicine Clinic is highly valued
- Ability to assess and develop treatment plans for various conditions
- Familiarity with sensory integration, fine/gross motor therapy, and cognitive rehabilitation
