Occupational Therapist – Needed in Santa Clara, California
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with children, their families, and other therapists to promote the development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals works collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs.
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional conditions.
- Guide patients through exercises and activities to improve motor skills, coordination, and strength.
- Communicate with doctors, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Teach adaptive techniques for daily activities (e.g., dressing, eating, writing).
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Active OT license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Experience in rehabilitation, pediatrics, geriatrics, or mental health is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
