Occupational Therapist – Needed in Riverside, California

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our growing clinic and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with patients to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs that focus on enhancing their ability to perform everyday activities. You will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, or conditions that affect their motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living abilities.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess their physical, cognitive, and emotional needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address each patient's specific goals, needs, and challenges.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve daily function and promote independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, doctors, and nurses, to provide integrated care.
  • Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure continued improvement.
  • Provide education on adaptive equipment and assistive devices that promote daily living.
  • Stay up to date with the latest techniques and advancements in occupational therapy

What Makes You a Great Fit:

  • Current Occupational Therapist (OT) License in the state of California.
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Previous experience in an outpatient or rehabilitation setting is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic interventions for a variety of conditions, including neurological, orthopedic, and developmental disorders.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong relationships with patients and their families.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
  • CPR/BLS certification required.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and patient management software is a plus.
