Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 + benefits

Who are we looking for?

  • Current New York State Occupational Therapist license
  • Degree from an accredited OT program (OTD or MOT)
  • Skilled nursing, sub-acute, or geriatric care experience preferred—but enthusiastic new grads are welcome!
  • Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills
  • A heart for patient-centered care and a team-first mindset

What you will do:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for residents with physical, cognitive, or psychosocial challenges
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing ADLs, safety, and quality of life
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and provide training for both residents and caregivers
  • Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, nursing, and care staff to coordinate comprehensive care plans
  • Document treatment progress in compliance with facility and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and motivating rehab environment
