Position Overview:

We believe therapy is about more than just mobility, it’s about restoring function, purpose, and confidence. Our outpatient rehab clinic in Texas is growing, and we’re looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to help patients reclaim independence in their daily lives.

From hand injuries and orthopedic post-ops to neurological conditions and functional deficits, you’ll help people return to what matters most work, home, hobbies, and life.

Who are we looking for?

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas (or license-eligible within 60 days)
  • Graduate of an accredited OT program (OTD or MOT welcome)
  • Solid foundation in outpatient ortho, neuro, or hand therapy (we’re flexible!)
  • Interested in blending function-focused care with evidence-based treatment
  • Organized, compassionate, and creative — you meet people where they are
  • New grads with strong clinicals? You’re absolutely encouraged to apply — we’ll support your growth!

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Flexible work schedules (FT, PT, PRN available)
  • Supportive interdisciplinary team environment
  • Well-equipped therapy gym and treatment spaces
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match
  • CEU support and license renewal reimbursement
  • Career development and internal promotion opportunities

What you will do:

  • Evaluate and treat clients with upper extremity injuries, neuro impairments, and ADL limitations
  • Develop and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Provide interventions that include fine motor training, manual therapy, cognitive rehab, splinting, and ADL retraining
  • Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
  • Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, physicians, and other providers for holistic care
  • Document patient progress clearly in our modern, easy-to-use EMR

Let’s talk! Whether you’re looking to grow your career, find a more balanced schedule, or simply work with a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
