We’re Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Clinic – Lodi, California
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $85,000 to $95,000 + benefits
Position Overview:

Who are we looking for?
- Graduate of an accredited OT program (Master’s or Doctorate)
- Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist in California
- Committed to evidence-based, compassionate care that meets each client where they are
- Excellent communicator with a team-first mindset
- Passionate about helping clients meet functional goals that matter in real life
- Pediatric, neuro, or hand therapy experience is a plus — but not required

What will you do?
- Evaluate and treat clients using occupation-based, client-centered methods
- Create customized treatment plans and goals that support real-life function and participation
- Work with a range of diagnoses, including [insert based on clinic: sensory processing, autism spectrum, post-stroke, TBI, developmental delays, fine motor challenges, ADLs, etc.]
- Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, families, and other providers in a multidisciplinary environment
- Educate families and caregivers to promote carryover and build confidence
- Document progress using clear, concise, and timely charting through [insert EMR if applicable]
- Participate in team meetings, CE events, and mentorship as part of our collaborative clinic culture
