Position Overview:

Are you an Occupational Therapist who believes independence and dignity are essential at every age? Do you feel energized by helping seniors achieve their goals—whether it’s dressing without help, enjoying a favorite hobby, or simply moving through the day with confidence?

As an OT on our team, you’ll bring clinical expertise and creative problem-solving to support seniors in regaining and maintaining the skills that make daily life meaningful.

Your Impact:

  • Collaborating with PTs, speech therapists, nurses, caregivers, and families
  • Maintaining timely, accurate documentation in accordance with Medicare and state regulations

Requirements:

  • Skilled communicator with a heart for older adults and a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset
  • Adaptable and open to learning new techniques and treatment philosophies
  • Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary with performance-based bonuses
  • Travel Reimbursement for clinic-related travel
  • Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with employer match
  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday leave
  • Continuing education and professional development stipend
  • Flexible schedule with a work-life balance emphasis
  • Mentorship and growth opportunities — we invest in your career development
  • Supportive, collaborative team environment
  • Opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and clinic settings

If you’re ready to help people do what they love and live how they choose—even in their later years—we want to hear from you.
