Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Location: LaBelle, Florida | Schedule: Full-Time (9 AM - 5 PM)

Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics

Compensation:$60,000 to $65,000 + benefits

Position Overview:

As a leading orthopedic-focused rehabilitation provider in Florida, our interdisciplinary team of experts is passionate about delivering evidence-based care with a human touch.

We’re seeking a licensed, compassionate, and driven Occupational Therapist who is enthusiastic about orthopedic care. You’ll assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions that empower patients to reach their functional goals.

Your Impact:

  • Evaluate patients with upper extremity orthopedic conditions (post-op, trauma, repetitive stress, etc.)
  • Design and implement client-centered treatment plans to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, and upper extremity function
  • Provide custom orthotic fabrication and splinting when needed
  • Educate patients on home programs, joint protection, and adaptive strategies
  • Document progress and outcomes using industry-leading EMR systems
  • Collaborate with PTs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Florida (or eligible for licensure)
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Experience in orthopedics or upper extremity rehab strongly preferred
  • Skilled in therapeutic techniques, functional training, and patient education
  • Knowledge of splinting and orthotic design a plus
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for helping others regain independence and quality of life
