Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Long Beach, California

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for patients of all ages. This position is ideal for an OT who is passionate about improving lives through evidence-based, client-centered care in a supportive and collaborative outpatient environment.

Our mission is to help individuals regain function and reclaim their daily lives, and we’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough OT evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement interventions to improve patients’ daily living, motor skills, and cognitive function
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to set and achieve functional goals
• Provide education and training on adaptive equipment and techniques
• Document patient progress accurately and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Supervise COTAs as needed and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in California (Required)
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• NBCOT certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and clinical judgment
• Experience in an outpatient setting is a plus, but new grads are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Ability to manage a varied caseload effectively
