Occupational Therapist – Outpatient Rehab & Functional Recovery

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Federal Way, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We’re expanding and seeking a passionate, creative, and collaborative OT to join our dynamic team. Whether you specialize in neuro, upper extremity rehab, or daily living interventions, you'll find a place here to make your mark.

As a clinician-led outpatient rehab group serving communities across Washington, we are deeply committed to person-centered care, and Occupational Therapists (OTs) are at the heart of that mission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat clients with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments
  • Create custom treatment plans based on individual goals and occupational needs
  • Provide hands-on therapy and evidence-based interventions
  • Help clients regain independence in ADLs, IADLs, work, and community participation
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, SLPs, and referring physicians
  • Educate clients and families on strategies, adaptations, and assistive devices
  • Maintain documentation and outcome tracking via EMR
  • (Optional) Contribute to program development in specialty areas like hand therapy, cognition, or chronic pain

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington (or license-eligible)
  • Skilled in outpatient neuro, ortho, or upper extremity rehab
  • Confident working with adults and/or adolescents
  • Compassionate, communicative, and team-oriented
  • Interested in professional development and possible leadership roles
  • Bonus: Experience in hand therapy, ergonomics, functional cognition, or chronic pain
