Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Chantilly, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We believe Occupational Therapy is more than treatment—it’s transformation. We’re seeking a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient rehab team across Virginia.

As a licensed OT in our outpatient setting, you’ll provide evidence-based therapy to individuals with neurological, orthopedic, or post-surgical needs, helping them return to independence in daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating patients and creating individualized care plans
• Delivering hands-on therapy and activity-based interventions
• Guiding patients through ADL (activities of daily living) retraining
• Collaborating with PTs, SLPs, physicians, and caregivers
• Educating patients and families on home programs
• Accurately documenting progress and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Virginia
• Degree from an ACOTE-accredited OT program
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience in outpatient neuro or ortho preferred—but we welcome passionate new grads, too!
