Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
Location: Stuart, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) eager to make a significant impact in an innovative, patient-centered outpatient setting? Join our growing Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic in Florida, where you will play a key role in restoring function and improving quality of life for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
- Focus on improving patients’ ability to perform daily activities (ADLs), fine motor coordination, and work-related tasks
- Provide manual therapy, adaptive techniques, and functional activities to restore independence and improve quality of life
- Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on techniques to improve self-care, mobility, and independence in daily life
- Work closely with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated care and positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Qualifications:
- Current Florida Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, or sports rehab
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and helping people regain independence
