Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) eager to make a significant impact in an innovative, patient-centered outpatient setting? Join our growing Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation Clinic in Florida, where you will play a key role in restoring function and improving quality of life for individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy programs based on patient needs and rehabilitation goals
  • Focus on improving patients’ ability to perform daily activities (ADLs), fine motor coordination, and work-related tasks
  • Provide manual therapy, adaptive techniques, and functional activities to restore independence and improve quality of life
  • Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients on techniques to improve self-care, mobility, and independence in daily life
  • Work closely with the rehabilitation team to ensure coordinated care and positive patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation

Qualifications:

  • Current Florida Licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
  • Strong background in orthopedic rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, or sports rehab
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and helping people regain independence

  • Experience with adaptive techniques, functional rehabilitation, and hand therapy is a plus
