Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT)

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Hillsborough, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Are you an Occupational Therapist who thrives on helping older adults regain independence, confidence, and quality of life?

Join our orthopedic-centered, multidisciplinary outpatient team as an Occupational Therapist serving Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs) across New Jersey. In this role, you’ll bring meaningful, personalized care directly to residents where they live—working alongside a trusted network of MDs, PTs, DCs, and OTs who believe that recovery doesn’t end at discharge—it begins with daily life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat residents with orthopedic, neurological, and age-related conditions
  • Develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Implement functional and therapeutic interventions to improve independence
  • Educate staff and families on adaptive equipment, self-care strategies, and home safety
  • Coordinate care with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, MDs, and nursing staff
  • Document patient progress using an efficient, mobile EMR platform

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in the State of New Jersey (or eligi
  • 1+ years of experience in geriatrics, outpatient, or ALF/SNF settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and functional rehab
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently within a collaborative care model
