Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Bothell, Washington

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic care team in Washington. This role is perfect for an OT who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages regain independence, improve function, and enhance their quality of life through personalized, client-centered therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct therapy services focusing on ADLs, fine motor skills, cognitive function, and sensory integration
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, caregivers, and other therapists
  • Document patient progress and treatment in accordance with legal and ethical standards
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies to continue care at home
  • Adapt and recommend assistive devices and environmental modifications when needed

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Washington Occupational Therapist license
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Patient-centered and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team
