Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patients’ abilities and challenges, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to improve daily living skills, fine motor function, and overall quality of life. You’ll collaborate closely with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services to diverse patient populations
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Virginia Occupational Therapist license
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics
