Job Title: Occupational Therapist | Oregon

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Wilsonville, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions to help clients overcome physical, cognitive, or emotional challenges impacting their daily activities. You will work with diverse populations including pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics in various settings such as outpatient clinics, home health, or community programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess clients’ abilities and needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on improving functional independence
  • Provide therapeutic activities, adaptive techniques, and assistive device training
  • Educate clients and caregivers on strategies to enhance daily living skills
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, therapists, and social workers
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active and unrestricted Oregon OT license
  • Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with pediatric, adult, or geriatric populations preferred
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Commitment to delivering culturally responsive and patient-centered care
