Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year

Location: East Hartford, Connecticut

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve daily function
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to enhance physical, cognitive, and emotional skills
• Train patients in the use of adaptive equipment and techniques for independence
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families for comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with state and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of Connecticut (or eligibility to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical reasoning skills
• Experience with diverse patient populations is a plus
• New graduates are welcome—mentorship available!
