Now Hiring: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Florida

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Tampa, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our team works across a variety of settings, including outpatient, inpatient, and home health, to serve patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-operative, developmental, and geriatric needs.

Our goal is to restore confidence and independence in everyday activities—from self-care and mobility to vocational and leisure tasks—through evidence-based therapy and patient-focused care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, cognitive functions, and mobility
  • Educate patients and caregivers on techniques and assistive devices for safe home and community reintegration
  • Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Collaborate with physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and case managers to ensure holistic care
  • Participate in discharge planning and follow-up recommendations

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current and active Florida Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • New grads welcome! Clinical experience in any of the following is a plus:
  • Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
