Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 per year
Location: San Jose, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve patients’ daily living skills, motor function, and cognitive abilities
- Work with diverse populations including children, adults, and seniors across various settings
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in California
- Strong clinical skills and experience in outpatient, inpatient, or school settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
